A scary situation unfolded on an Amtrak train headed to Fresno on Friday.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A scary situation unfolded on an Amtrak train headed to Fresno on Friday.

Fresno police say a parolee refused to get off, so the conductor attempted to physically remove him. The two were involved in a minor physical altercation, and the conductor managed to get the man on the ground until police arrived.

The man was arrested and booked for a parole violation and assault. There were no reports of injuries.
