LAPD seeks man who left $8,000 at Denny's diner in Westchester

WESTCHESTER, LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles police are asking for the public's help to identify a man who left more than $8,000 in cash in a booth at a Denny's restaurant just before Christmas.

The man in the photo left the cash after eating breakfast at the diner located at 5535 W. Century Boulevard in Westchester on Dec. 19, police said.

The Denny's restaurant is located near Los Angeles International Airport.
