Man arrested after exposing himself to women in Hanford

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Hanford Police arrested a 22-year-old Johnny Silva after they say he exposed himself multiple times to at least two women.

Police were first dispatched to the Hanford Wal-Mart parking lot just before 9 a.m. on Monday regarding a man in a white Ford Ranger pickup who had exposed himself to a woman. The victim told police she was walking through the parking lot when Silva called her over. As she approached the vehicle she saw Silva was nude. The woman told police she did not want to be a victim and said she simply wanted police to be aware of the suspect. Silva was subsequently released police documented the incident.

Police were called to another incident about an hour later involving the Silva at the Valley Family Health Center at Mall Drive near 7th Street. When officers arrive, Silva had already left the scene. The second woman said she was also walking through the parking lot when Silva called her over to his vehicle. As she approached, Siva exposed himself.

A few minutes later, another officer located the Silva's truck in the In-Shape parking lot and detained him. The victim from the second incident positively identified Silva as the suspect. Siva was arrested and during a search incident to the arrest was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Silva was booked into the Kings County Jail for indecent exposure and possession of the paraphernalia.
