Man arrested in connection to an arson in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. -- Investigators say two industrial tractors were set on fire near Tulare and G Streets Thursday night. The tractors were on a lot owned by the California High Speed Rail Authority. Investigators say the suspect also tried to light a water truck on fire.

Fresno's Deputy Fire Marshall says the suspect was detained after he was spotted near the place the fire started. The suspect has not been identified.
