Man in serious condition after being shot multiple times in Central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is in serious condition after being shot multiple times in Central Fresno. According to Fresno Police, the man was found at Second and Thomas.

The victim is in his 20's and is in serious condition.

Police said this incident could potentially involve gangs and they believe the suspects took off in a black Lexus.

Police also believe some neighbors heard the shots.

"We were just contacting residents in the area to see if they've heard anything. We did have information that residents did hear shots fired but not much more than that," said Sgt. John Romo, Fresno Police Department.

Police have little information about the suspects other than the possible car they were driving.
