Man shot inside Southeast Fresno apartment

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is recovering after he was shot inside an apartment in Southeast Fresno. The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday at the Kings Canyon Apartment Complex on Kings Canyon Road near Peach Avenue.

Fresno police say the suspect walked up to one of the units and fired several shots. One man inside the apartment was hit in the leg. He was taken to the hospital but is expected to survive.
