Man shot overnight in Madera

Madera Police say the victim was at a stoplight when he was struck by gunfire.

The shooting happened on 4th Street and H Street in Madera. Police say a man in his early 20s was hit by gunfire. He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.

Police say there is no suspect description or known motive for the shooting at this time.
