Man working on car grazed by bullet in Southwest Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot while working on his car in Southwest Fresno. It happened at Bardell and Vine avenues around 8:30 p.m. Monday.

Fresno police say the man was only grazed by the bullet. The victim says the gunshot came from a car that was passing by. There is no description of the suspect's vehicle.

The man who was shot was transported to Community Regional Medical Center and is expected to be OK.
