Miramonte man arrested for homicide will not face charges
Tom Woodall, 57, was released from jail after the Fresno County District Attorney's office said they won't be pressing charges.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Tom Woodall, 57, was released from jail after the Fresno County District Attorney's office said they won't be pressing charges.

Woodall was initially taken into custody on Saturday after a man was found shot to death on his property near the community of Miramonte. The victim has not been identified and investigators are still looking for a person of interest.

That person has been identified as 22-year-old Pedro Ojeda. Investigators believe he may have witnessed the murder and could be hiding in the nearby forest.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts should call the Fresno County Sheriff's Department.
