Missing Fresno child found, father arrested

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno Police have found a two-year-old boy who was reported missing Friday morning in Southeast Fresno.

The boy's mother called police around 5 a.m. Friday after she went in the boy's room to find her son gone and the window open.

Officers were going door to door interviewing neighbors about the child. Police started looking into the boy's father, who is estranged from the mother. They located the father just before 11 a.m. on Friday and found the boy safe with him.

The man was arrested for burglary and felony child stealing.
