Murdered Exeter police officer mourned at vigil in Goshen
Friends of a murdered Exeter police officer held a small vigil in his honor on Sunday.

GOSHEN, Calif. (KFSN) -- Friends of a murdered Exeter police officer held a small vigil in his honor on Sunday. They gathered outside Daniel Green's home in Goshen.

The 31-year-old was found shot to death at that home on Feb. 6. Authorities arrested his ex-wife, 28-year-old Erika Sandoval one day later.

A closed casket public viewing is scheduled for Monday. It will take place at the Smith Family Chapel in Exeter from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. We're told residents are invited to stop by and sign a guest book for Green's family.
