FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Fresno County District Attorney's Office has decided not to file charges against the CEO of Community Medical Center because of a lack of evidence.

Tim Joslin was arrested in august for domestic violence after his 41-year-old girlfriend reported he hit her on the head with an iPhone as she tried to break up with him.

Surveillance video allegedly caught the attack but after a thorough investigation no evidence was found that Joslin had altered or deleted any video.
