Orange Cove teacher arrested for molesting student

ORANGE COVE, Calif. (KFSN) -- A teacher in Orange Cove is under arrest after being accused of sexually molesting a child.

Police said 23-year-old Rigoberto Rangel was having an inappropriate relationship with a female student at Orange Cove High School. He works there as a Spanish teacher.

Rangel was arrested at his home Thursday and charged with four counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child.

Rangel was booked into the Fresno County Jail.
