Over 10,000 tons of hay and silage burning in Tulare County

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- More than ten-thousand tons of expensive hay and silage are going up in flames in Tulare County.

Firefighters are still trying to get a handle on the flames near Road 56 and Laurel Avenue. Authorities say the fire could burn for up to a week.

The loss is estimated to be nearly $200,000. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
