A Pennsylvania man faces a felony charge for setting up a fake DUI checkpoint.

HUNTINGTON COUNTY, Pa. -- A Pennsylvania man faces a felony charge for setting up a fake DUI checkpoint.

Police in Huntington County found a 19-year-old man blocking a street, early Saturday morning.

He allegedly stopped at least one car.

He supposedly kept up the charade with a scanner, flares, handcuffs and a BB gun.

And, here's the kicker, authorities believe the man himself was drunk.
