Pipe bursts, floods Hall of Records in Downtown Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Hall of Records in Downtown Fresno was evacuated on Monday. A pipe on the third floor burst in the afternoon and started to flood the building.

If you need vital records such as birth, death, divorce or marriage certificates, there may be a delay. The building will remain closed on Tuesday, and there is no word yet on when it will reopen.
