FRESNO, Calif. -- Officials believe the gunman may have randomly targeted the victim.
The shooting happened just before 2 a.m. Friday near Chestnut Avenue, south of Butler Avenue. Police say someone fired ten shots into an apartment there. A man was grazed in the head by one of the bullets. He was rushed to Community Regional Medical Center, where he is being treated.
At this time, police don't know if the man was a random target or if he was hit by accident. The shooter is still on the loose.
