CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- Clovis police say they have arrested a man suspected of stealing a car from the Hedrick's Chevrolet car dealership.

Investigators say Christopher Mathis, 28, walked into the dealership at Shaw Avenue near Highway 168 in Clovis and asked for work to be done on his car. After a conversation with an employee, police say Mathis walked into the service area and grabbed several sets of keys. He then took off in a red Chevrolet Malibu that belonged to a customer.

The whole thing is said to have been captured on surveillance video, but officers say it's part of their investigation, and they aren't releasing it.
