Pursuit suspect crashes into garage, car in Fresno County

FRESNO COUNTY, Calif. (KFSN) -- A suspect was booked into the Fresno County Jail after authorities say he crashed into a home after a pursuit on Tuesday night.

The suspect crashed into a parked car and a garage at a house near Normal Avenue and Mayfair Drive South in Fresno County.

The chase was called off by California Highway Patrol officers, but the CHP helicopter followed the suspect until he crashed. The driver was not hurt and was arrested. His name has not been released.
