School bud collides with big rig on Highway 43
A school but has collided with a big rig and another car on Highway 43.

Authorities have re-opened Highway 43 in Southern Fresno County after an accident involving a school bus this afternoon.

Four vehicles were heading north when a giant dust cloud came over the roadway blinding the drivers.

The school bus driver said she couldn't see and she ended up hitting something, an SUV. Another SUV hit the bus which was then hit by a big rig.

Three people in the first SUV were taken to Community Regional Medical Center, the driver of the second SUV was flown there. He is expected to be okay.

There were 28 kids on the school bus, all from Laton Unified School District. All of the kids are reported to be okay.
