Several injured in rollover crash in Earlimart

FRESNO, Calif. -- The California Highway Patrol is investigating a violent accident involving a family in Tulare County.

Their car overturned on Highway 99 near Avenue 52 in Earlimart just after 11:30 p.m. Thursday. Some members were ejected from the car and Tulare County firefighters rushed to get other family members out.

They were all rushed to the hospital. At this time, it's unknown what caused the car to overturn.

Two lanes were closed on the highway at the time. They have since re-opened.
