FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A Fresno family with a special needs child now has their van back but without the wheelchair they need.
Surveillance video showed the Honda Odyssey mini-van being stolen.
Police said there's still no sign of the wheelchair which belongs to a nine-year-old girl with cerebral palsy.
The van was recovered early Tuesday morning after a concerned citizen made a call to Fresno Police to report a suspicious vehicle. Officers were able to find the van in the Walgreens parking lot at Cornelia and Ashlan.
Police took the driver identified as 39-year-old Caleb White into custody.
A GoFundMe account has been started to help replace the wheelchair. If you would like to donate, click here.
