FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two teenagers are under arrest after police say they caused $4,000 in damage hurling river rocks.
Surveillance video shows the 17-year-old and 18-year-old getting out of a car near Westwood Street and Westfield Avenue in Porterville early Friday. The two take off their T-shirts and use the material to launch rocks through the window of a model home. The teens are also accused of damaging several parked cars in the neighborhood.
On Friday, video was posted on the Porterville Police Department's Facebook page. Within a few hours, the two boys were identified. Isaiah Thomasson, 18, was arrested for felony vandalism and conspiracy. The 17-year-old was booked into a juvenile detention facility. Investigators are trying to identify a third suspect.
