Volunteers deliver dozens of Christmas trees to soldiers in Fresno
More than 200 soldiers and their families of the 1172nd were on hand to receive the donation.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Volunteers brought holiday cheer to hundreds of local soldiers Sunday in east-central Fresno.

The organization Make Today a Success delivered more than 60 Christmas trees to those serving to protect our country in the Army National Guard. More than 200 soldiers and their families of the 1172nd were on hand to receive the donation.

Through fundraising, the organization was able to double the amount of Christmas trees given to soldiers this year.
