PHOENIX, AZ -- It was a ruff day for a couple of dogs in Arizona that caused a traffic jam on a freeway in Phoenix.

According to our ABC station in Phoenix, the Arizona Department of Public Safety and firefighters stopped traffic and attempted to capture both of the furry hitchhikers. Officials were only able to catch one while the other ran into a nearby RV park.

The residents of the RV park banded together and were able to catch the second pup after a nearly hour-long chase.
