Valley Animal Center: 'Happy Neuter Year'

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- All January the Valley Animal Center is reminding pet owners of the responsibility to spay and neuter their pets.

The Valley Animal Center, on Hayston Avenue near Dakota Avenue in East Central Fresno is offering a special for the new year. During the month of January, you can get your male dog or cat neutered for $20 dollars. Neutering helps reduce pet over-population.
