Valley Animal Center hosts 'Snow Pets' camp for kids

FRESNO, California (KFSN) -- Kids may be winding down for winter break, but a local animal shelter is making sure they keep busy in a fun and educational way.

Next week young animal lovers will get the chance to learn about and possibly meet their new best friend.

Snow Pets - (Ages 7-12 on December 19-21)

9 AM - 4 PM

$100 per child, per camp

Camp Description: A lot of pets are specially adapted to live and work in the snow. Campers this week will get to learn about Siberian Huskies, Maine Coons, Saint Bernards, and more! They will get to meet some great special guests - and their pets - along the way, and even some "snow pets" available for adoption at our shelter! Register online at www.valleyanimal.org.
