Police investigating suspicious death in Central Fresno after receiving an unknown call for help

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are investigating a suspicious death in Central Fresno.

Investigators say it started with a medical call around 9:30 near Fruit and Dakota Avenues.

When police arrived, they found a man dead inside his car.

Investigators are calling it suspicious because the man had no signs of physical trauma and it is unknown who made the call for help.
