Police search for woman who stabbed man in Northeast Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man is recovering after police say a woman stabbed him in Northeast Fresno. It happened just after 12:30 Friday morning in the area of Bulldog Lane and Fourth Street.

Police said the victim was in an argument with his girlfriend when she attacked him, stabbing him in the lower body. He's expected to make a full recovery.

The search is now on for the suspect-- she ran from the scene before officers arrived.
