Power restored to more than 3,000 in central Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Pacific Gas and Electric reported power was restored to more than 3,000 people after an outage Wednesday morning.

The outage happened just after 6:30 a.m. affecting areas as far north as Dakota Avenue down to Belmont Avenue.
