Man shot in southwest Fresno, traffic disrupted in area

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Police are investigating after a man was shot in southwest Fresno on Monday afternoon.

The shooting happened a little before 3:30 pm at W Hawes Ave and S Arthur Ave.

Police are urging drivers to avoid the area.
