FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 9-year-old is on a six-week trek up and down the east coast delivering donuts to police officers - thanking them for their service.
Tyler Carach began from his hometown in Florida at the end of June, making several stops including this one in Pennsylvania.
The officers in Pennsylvania were so thankful for his gesture, they turned Tyler into a superhero by giving him a cape.
Tyler's mom is joining him on the journey, helping to pay for some of the donuts that they give to the officers.
"Cops are my best friends and they keep people safe and I remind them that people still care," Tyler said.
Many of the donuts Tyler brings on his delivery have been donated. On this trip, Tyler is expected to hand out over 10,000 tasty treats.
