High African-American baby mortality rate discussed at Fresno meeting

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- African-American babies in Fresno County are dying at an alarming rate -- a higher rate than any other race, according to First 5. Dozens of people gathered Tuesday night at Gaston Middle School to discuss the problem.
