Hundreds donate in Pint for Pint Blood Drive

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The 28th annual Pint for Pint Blood Drive was a success thanks to hundreds of generous donors.

ABC30, the Central California Blood Center, and Baskin Robbins collaborated for the event, which wrapped up on Saturday. People packed five Valley locations to give blood and receive a free pint of ice cream and a T-shirt in the process.

The blood center says nearly 1,600 pints of blood were collected during the two day drive.

If you'd like donate, you still can. Just drop by one of the locations on your screen next week. You'll still get a voucher for ice cream while supplies last.
