CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) -- Local bikers will hit the road this weekend to honor veterans with a "Remembrance Ride" that starts in Clovis Saturday morning.

Last year 120 bikers, led by veterans, took part.

The proceeds will go to benefit "Wreaths Across America" , who want to provide wreaths on all the graves at the Clovis Cemetery for Christmas. Roughly 3,750 vets are buried there. Last year, they were one thousand wreaths shy.

The wreath-laying ceremony will be held on December 12th.

The Remembrance Ride starts at "Clovis Veterans Hall" Saturday at 10:00 a.m., following a ceremony at 9:30 a.m..
