Program to help local heroes become homeowners available in the Valley

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A program making home ownership a reality for local heroes is now available here in the Central Valley.

Homes for heroes is now 15-years-old, but Realty Concepts is joining in the national cause. The program finds ways for members of the military, law enforcement, firefighters, teachers, and healthcare providers to save money when buying a home.

Over the past 15 years, Homes for Heroes has helped save heroes around the country more than $14-million.

Employees with Realty Concepts said they are happy to offer this program here in the Valley.

"A lot of times what they do goes unrecognized, to honor them and give thanks for everything they do for our community and nation," said Jane Tyner, realtor.
