The Gap looking to fill 200 positions in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Two separate events are providing more opportunity for work in the Valley.

The Gap held a job fair Friday at its distribution center in east-central Fresno. Up to about 200 positions were expected to be filled and plenty of people showed up for interviews that morning.

The job fair ended at noon but they're still taking applications. And in Del Rey, Pom Wonderful is hoping to hire dozens of workers during its job fair Saturday.

The Pomegrante distributor is accepting applications on-site and will be looking to fill several positions from forklift operators to shipping clerks.

The job fair takes place Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon at the distributing center.
