Charges filed against Fresno State athletes after arrest at post game party
Criminal charges have been filed against Fresno State athletes Zacherey Greenlee, Brandon Hughes and Fanny Johansson.

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Criminal charges have been filed against Fresno State athletes Zacherey Greenlee, Brandon Hughes and Fanny Johansson after an incident at a Fresno house party. The district attorney's Office says they face up to a year in custody if convicted.

The Fresno County District Attorney's Office released the following statement to Action News:

DISTRICT ATTORNEY FILES CHARGES AGAINST ZACHEREY GREENLEE, FANNY JOHANSSON, & BRANDON HUGHES

The Fresno County District Attorney's office has filed criminal charges against Zacherey Greenlee, Fanny Johansson, and Brandon Hughes related to the September 20th incident at a Fresno house party.

Zacherey Greenlee has been charged with a misdemeanor violation of Business & Professions Code section 25662(a) (possession of alcohol by a minor).

Fanny Johansson has been charged with a misdemeanor violation of Penal Code section 647(f) (public intoxication).

Brandon Hughes has been charged with a violation of Penal Code section 148(a)(1) (resisting, obstructing, or delaying an officer).

The defendants are scheduled for Arraignment in Department 13 of the Fresno County Superior Court on December 15, 2015.

They face up to a year in custody if they are convicted of the charges.
