The Grizzlies take on the Las Vegas 51s on Thursday night's game. The fun starts at 4 pm with a pre-game street festival.
It's going to be an all afternoon celebration to kick off the start of baseball season. The community is encouraged to come out. Starting at 4:00 p.m. Fans can check out Home Run Alley (at the Fulton mall gate) or H Street where live music, carnival games, pony rides, Knights of the Shield skills challenges and vendor booths will be set up.
Then inside the stadium, the entertainment begins at 6:25 p.m. with the Fresno Noco Dance Collective aerial performers, mascot Parker T. Bear's triumphant return from Valley Children's Hospital, and a special uniform patch ceremony. The first pitch is at 7:05 p.m. After the game, the downtown sky will light up with fireworks.
