Fresno State selects new Bulldogs head coach, sources say

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Action News has learned that Fresno State has chosen Jeff Tedford to replace Tim DeRuyter as head coach of the Bulldogs.

DeRuyter was let go back in October.

Tedford is currently a consultant for the Washington Huskies, which are currently ranked 4th in the country.

A press conference is expected Friday.
