Sources: LeBron James' first trip to Cleveland as a Laker set for Nov. 21

LeBron James will make his return to Cleveland to face the Cavaliers for the first time as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers on Nov. 21, league sources told ESPN.

It was announced Wednesday that the Lakers will open the season in Portland on Oct. 18 and follow up with their home opener on Oct. 20 against Houston on ESPN.

Also Wednesday, James posted the first photos of himself in a Lakers uniform to his Instagram story.

The Lakers will also play a pair of nationally televised games against the Golden State Warriors, on Christmas Day in Oakland, California, and on Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Los Angeles.
