BOISE, Idaho -- Deshon Taylor scored 26 points, including a perfect 4 of 4 from 3-point range, and Fresno State snapped a 12-game road losing streak to Boise State with a 74-67 win on Tuesday night.

The Bulldogs (18-11, 10-7), now just a game behind the Broncos for third in the Mountain West Conference standings, had not won in Boise since Jan. 15, 2004.

Paul Watson and Jaron Hopkins each scored 18 points for Fresno State, which clinched both its 25th 18-win season as well as a first-round bye in the upcoming conference tourney.

Paris Austin led Boise State (18-10, 11-6) with 17 points, while Marcus Dickinson added 10. Boise State shot a better percentage from the field than Fresno State, but was plagued by 15 turnovers.

The Bulldogs led by 10, 55-45, midway through the second. The Broncos rallied to within five, 63-58, with 4:25 left but a 7-2 spurt put the Bulldogs back up by 10 and ended Boise State's comeback.
