Man stabbed in central Fresno, hunt on for suspects

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The search is on for suspects after a man was stabbed and robbed in Central Fresno.

It happened at about 6:30 pm Sunday near Floradora and Fresno streets.

Officers say the 46-year-old victim was walking when two men approached him demanding his cellphone and cash.

There was a struggle and the victim was stabbed.

He managed to walk to the home of a family friend at Fresno and Tyler.

He was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery.

He was last listed in critical condition.
