3 teens, 1 woman arrested in fatal Sultana shooting

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A man who was shot outside the Sultana Food Mart on Friday has died from his injuries. The Tulare County Sheriff's Office has identified the victim as 29-year-old Haro Sanchez.

Detectives have also arrested four suspects. They include two 14-year-old boys, a 17-year-old boy and 24-year-old Ashley Rodriguez.

Investigators believe Sanchez was shot in the chest after an argument with some of the suspects, but they have not said what sparked the fight.
