You could win a $500 Summer of Service Award
ABC30, as part of the Disney ABC Television Group, is teaming up with Youth Services of America to ask young "change-makers" in the Central Valley to apply for a Summer of Service grant. Winners receive a $500 award to keep their project going and help make a lasting, positive change in the world.
Who are we looking for? Young people who are creating lasting, positive change through volunteer and community service projects. We're especially interested in ongoing, youth-led projects that highlight the creativity and commitment of young people working to meet the needs of others. If you are a young person already involved in volunteering, we want to hear your story of service!
The goal? We want to recognize young "change-makers" in our community and award them $500 to help them continue their mission of helping others.
