Tower District Classic Car Show
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Tower District is turning back the clock this weekend as hundreds of classic cars will be on display for the annual Classic Car Show.
On Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m classic car enthusiasts will get up close and personal with more than 500 classic cars.
The 16th annual Tower Classic Car Show, one of the largest classic car shows in California, takes place in the Tower District on Saturday, April 9 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. along Olive Avenue between Palm and Van Ness avenues.
More than 500 cars will be on display including street rods, fat fenders, t-buckets, roadsters, muscle cars, pickups, modifieds, and nostalgia rods dating from 1931 to 1972. Awards will be presented to 20 different classes of autos. The event also features vendor booths, live music, raffle prizes and lots of fun for the whole family.
The Tower Classic Car Show is a family event and a great way to spend an afternoon. Stroll up and down Olive Avenue admiring all of the classic beauties, listen to some live music, window shop at the unique Tower stores, and stop in for a bite to eat and a drink at your favorite Tower District restaurants or cafe's. It's a perfect family outing and best of all, the event is FREE to attend!
