Big rig fire on southbound Highway 99 causes tremendous traffic backup

A big rig fire on southbound Highway 99 at Avenue 9 is caused a tremendous traffic backup Monday afternoon.

Caltrans says traffic backed up at least three miles due to the closure of the number one lane for the big rig fire.
