Traffic moving very slowly through the area and CHP is advising the public to avoid the area if you can.
Around 1:30 a.m. on Thursday semi truck carrying solar panels crashed into the center divider. The big rig caught fire on impact.
No one was hurt in the crash, but there is major damage to the median and the guardrail that's forcing the highway to close in that area.
The CHP says this is a weather related crash as water in the road caused the truck driver to hydroplane.
