Man killed in Visalia crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Visalia Police said a 65-year-old man was killed after his car was rear-ended on McAuliff Street near St. Johns Parkway in Visalia.

Investigators said Hyundai sedan was rear-ended by a Honda Accord while driving on the bridge north of Golden West High School. The 65-year-old driver of the Hyundai was killed in the crash.

Michael Coffman, the 22-year-old driver of the Honda Accord, sustained superficial injuries, and his passenger complained of pain to his back.

The cause of the crash is under investigation. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor.
