FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- UC Merced has canceled all classes through Thanksgiving break because of poor air quality. Smoke from the wildfire continues to make unhealthy air conditions.
The university announced on its website Sunday that while the campus is closed, limited services will remain open.
Classes will resume on Monday, Nov. 26.
Employees are also asked to not go to work unless they are designated essential employees by their supervisor.
